• WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• Most of our products take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Our products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for the products to be shipped. If a product is ordered during a Holiday season, please allow extra time for shipping.

• WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  As soon as the product is shipped out, you will receive and email from us with the tracking information and other details pertaining to delivery.

• WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

• • Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you run into an issue with your product, you can send an email to support@sugarandsnailsapparel.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
